Andy is a professional specialist soccer coach with over 150 professional games coached, more than 20 years combined experience in professional player development and college coaching, and is currently a professional coach.

     

    Andy holds aUEFA A License, Post Graduate Degree in Sport Science and Medicine as well as an Under Graduate Honors Degree in Business Management

    Using individualized data combined with detailed match analysis, Andy strategizes a complete postional specific training program in which he creates the most important details required to take a player to the next level

  • mi-futbol fitness program is designed to bridge the gap between the technical / tactical journey and the physical journey of developing athletes. Tracking the maturation journey of the young athlete as they discover and learn how to move correctly. This highlights what is described as the foundation movements common to all sporting actions and postures.

     

    Andy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Sport Science. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach he has been responsible for the physical preparation of 1 World Champion, 2 European Champions, 4 National Champions, and 4 players who have appeared at the Womens World Cup.

    The mi-futbol fitness program was written in an attempt to broaden the players knowledge and experience of physical preparation beyond 'heavy weightlifting', 'volume miles' and 'running drills'. With LTAD principles firmly in mind the player will experience variety and progression through fundamental exercise streams while learning how to develop movement efficiency, consistency and resilience.
